Problem:

Solution:

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you calculate exact age?
Calculate the year difference, then subtract 1 if today's date/month has not yet passed the birth date/month. Remaining months and days come from the difference.
Why aren't months in age exactly 12 per year?
Months have different day counts (28–31), so day-to-month conversion is not exact. The calculator uses calendar-aware calculation.
What if born at end of month?
If born on January 31, the next 'one month' depends on whether the following month has 31 days. It is usually rounded to end of February (28/29).
